The product reaches the requirements of GA 44-2015 "fire helmet" standard.
1. Yellow Half Helmets are made up of cap shell, buffer layer, mesh comfortable layer, wearing device, mask, and shawl. It adopts rubber inlaid metal wrapped edge, and can install lighting lamp.
2. The chin belt is made of aramid flame retardant material with a width of more than 20 mm, and has a quick adjustment of the hasp.
3. The mask shall be made of transparent, impact-resistant, heat-resistant, fog-proof and scratch-resistant materials. The opening and closing process shall be free to maintain the positioning, and the opening angle up shall be less than 90 degrees.
4. The shawl should be a loading and unloading type, with aluminum foil compound waterproof layer and aramid flame retardant fabric three-layer structure, which can completely cover the shoulder and neck of firefighters, easy to dismount.
5, protective performance: the finished products are tested and conform to the standard of GA44-2015 "fire helmet".

2) After low temperature pretreatment, the maximum impact force of the head mold was 3327.4N.
3) After immersion pretreatment, the maximum impact force of the head mold was 3369.6N.
4) The maximum impact force on the head mold was 3276.2N after radiation heat pretreatment.
